Description:
This piece was painted in Rome during a wine and painting class I accidentally joined meant for a bachelorette group. A little tipsy and totally unplanned, the evening turned into one of the most unexpectedly beautiful experiences of my life. The kind worker arranged a pasta making class for me out of kindness, which led to meeting a woman who featured me in her YouTube video, which led to meeting tour guides, a private Colosseum tour, and even live music at a local band’s home. This painting of two people toasting feels like the exact spark that set off a domino effect. A reminder that small moments can lead to unforgettable adventures.
